Shipping & Delivery

Because We Care

We send all of our books tracked with Royal Mail (or Parcelforce for heavier items) and we charge a flat fee, which applies to both UK and International orders. This means you will be charged the same rate whether you order just one book or more.

If your delivery address is in the UK and the order total is £150.00 or more, we will send your book(s) 'Signed For' at no extra cost to you, the customer.


14-Day Returns Policy

 If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receiving your delivery for a full refund, without needing a specific cause, although the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.


However, if the return is due to an error that we, or our service providers, have made, or a damaged/faulty item, we will gladly refund the cost of return postage once the goods have been returned to us.
